Being more productive doesn’t mean doing more. It’s all about making sure you’re doing things in the right order.

[00:19:42] Organize your inbox. Take note of the people you need to respond to. Unsubscribe from unnecessary things. Have a separate email for receiving marketing.
[00:21:34] Use templates and AI. Don’t feel threatened by the latter! They’ll never replace people but are merely tools for making your work more efficient.
[00:27:48] The more productive you are, the more you can help others. Be open to switching things up and improving. This is all in the name of service to those who need you!
